Only two days until La Notte Rosa; are you celebrating?

La Notte Rosa celebrations officially start in the Rimini region on Friday. To honour the occasion, we've created a special edition Pizza Rimini: a base of sliced plum tomatoes, marinated in olive oil and oregano, baked and then topped with fresh rocket, crisp Parma ham, torn baby mozzarella and shaved Parmesan.
