Is there a customer service department I can talk to/email?

If there’s something you’d like to flag up with us then please get in touch with our customer service department. How do I Book a Table?

There’s a couple of ways you can make a booking with us. Reserve a table online by clicking on the link below and selecting the restaurant you wish to visit, or just give the restaurant a call directly.

Can I book a table for a party at Bella Italia?

Mamma Mia, do we love parties! You can book a table for up to ten people using our online booking system. If there’s more than ten of you, give the restaurant a quick call to check they can accommodate you. If you are planning a party for more than 20 people, visit our Group Bookings/Events page.

Can I change my reservation?

Sure you can! To amend your online booking just cancel the original booking and book again with the right details. You’re able to cancel your booking by clicking the relevant link in the confirmation email we sent you at the time of booking. Once you’ve clicked on the link, please follow the on-screen instructions.

If it’s a phone booking you need to amend, just give the restaurant a call.

Where can I use my Tesco Clubcard Deal tokens?

You can use your Tesco Clubcard Deal tokens at all of our restaurants excluding the ones listed below:

  • Bella Italia Center Parcs Elveden
  • Bella Italia Center Parcs Whinfell

You can use your tokens as full or part payment for your food only (not to purchase drinks, merchandise, gift cards or towards promotional and set menus).

What facilities are available at Bella Italia restaurants?

Is Bella Italia child-friendly?

Bella Italia is all about the familia, bambinos included. We welcome children (and their families!) in all of our restaurants.

What facilities are there for children?

We want to make sure your little ones to have as much fun as possible while you’re with us. All of our restaurants offer a children’s menu and activity pack, available on request.

Does Bella Italia offer a children’s menu?

We certainly do! All of our restaurants offer a scrummy children’s menu and fun activity pack, available on request. You can find out what food’s on offer for the little ones by clicking on the link below and selecting the restaurant you wish to visit.

Does Bella Italia cater for special dietary requests?

We want everyone to be able to enjoy our food, so wherever possible our restaurants will cater for special dietary requests. Have a chat with the member of waiting staff to find out more.

Does Bella Italia have seasonal menus?

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer seasonal menus in our restaurants.

Does Bella Italia use GM-free products?

We’re GM-free! None of our menus contain genetically modified ingredients.

Are Bella Italia’s ingredients ethically sourced?

I like the music at Bella Italia and wonder whether I can purchase a CD?

Sadly we don’t sell CDs of the music played in our restaurants, you’ll just have to come in to have a listen.

I have seen a poster in one of your Bella Italia restaurants, where can I get a copy of it?

We thought you’d love our decor! But unfortunately we aren’t able to provide copies of the posters on display in our restaurants.

I have a product or service your restaurants might be interested in, who should I contact?

Can I open my own Bella Italia restaurant?

Unfortunately you can’t open your own Bella Italia but if you’d like us to open a restaurant in your town then please do let us know. We’re always on the lookout for potential new locations and you’ll know all the best spots!

What are the terms and conditions of using the Tastecard in your restaurants?

As of 30 November 2012, we no longer accept the Tastecard in any of our restaurants.

Do you offer support to charities?

As a business, we support the Children’s Society as our nominated charity. However, we’re committed to helping local charities fundraising wherever possible so please do contact the manager of your local Bella Italia to request support. The manager will review your request, and if the event is one they’re able to support, they’ll issue gift vouchers which are perfect for fundraising or they may even be able to put something bespoke together for your event.
