Working with our partner we offer a wide range of Apprenticeships for all levels, so you earn whilst you learn. A great alternative to college or university- no debt!
Starting with Level 2 whether front or back of house we have level 2 hospitality skills or production chef
At Level 3 we offer hospitality Supervisor and Senior Production chef
For management we offer Hospitality Management and Level 5 Operations Management
Alternatively want a qualification as a coach, learning mentor, HR or marketing qualification we’ve got you covered.
We look to promote internally when we can, at Bella we current have 50 colleagues on career pathway programs to help our colleagues fulfil their potential so whether you aspire to be our next Head Chef or want to move into management we have the progamme for you.

Example Programmes

Front of House Hospitality Team Member
LEVEL 2
The Level 2 will give you a great understanding of your front of house role in a restaurant. You will develop knowledge in customer communication, service standards, supporting a team and increase your hospitality skills.

Back of House Hospitality Team Member
LEVEL 2
The programme helps to give you a strong grounding into the role of a chef. Start with learning food safety, cooking, prep and kitchen organisation, and then develop skills in leading other chefs and running a kitchen shift.

Hospitality Supervisor
LEVEL 3
You are now running shifts, and leading people. The Level 3 will help increase business knowledge and improve skills in motivation, training and developing others whilst developing your management style.
