Winner Selection:
The winner of the Holiday Prize and the runners-up will be drawn and contacted by 14th November 2025. The winner and runners-ups will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winner for the Holiday Prize will be contacted via email by a member of the Birra Moretti team from Heineken UK Limited’s agency partner, Mesh Marketing Limited or its fulfilment partner. Each runner-up will be directly contacted by a member of the Bella Italia team.

Claiming the Prizes:
Once contacted, the winner and runners-up must respond to the email within 1 week to claim the prizes. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of a new winner. To claim the Holiday Prize, the winner must, be available to redeem the trip April-May 2026. Failure to redeem the Holiday Prize as aforementioned will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no party will have any claim against The Big Table Group Limited, trading as Bella Italia, or Heineken UK Limited, their respective associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents or fulfilment partners, of any nature whatsoever related to such forfeiture. Once the winner has redeemed the Holiday Prize and made a booking, the booking cannot be amended or cancelled.

Verification:
Proof of age and residence may be required to claim the prizes. Participants found to have provided false information will be disqualified.

General Conditions:
Bella Italia reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions. Bella Italia is not responsible for technical issues that may affect the entry process. The winner of the Holiday Prize must comply with international travel regulations including passports & country visas. For the Holiday Prize, there must be at least one traveller aged 21 or over. Travellers are aged 18 or younger must have prior parental or guardian permission. There is no cash alternative, and the prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers. The prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable, and the winner must be the named “lead passenger” on the new booking. One entry per person is permitted. If the holiday booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided. The winner of the Holiday Prize will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
