Competition Terms

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Big Table Group Limited, registered at Lower Ground Floor, Elsley House, 24–30 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 8BF (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

2.4 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

3. How to Enter

3.1 The promotion will run from 18 May 2026 and will close at 23:59 on 31 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by 23:59 on 31 August 2026. Any entries received after this time will be automatically disqualified.

3.3 To enter, participants must complete the entry form at [INSERT URL] or scan the QR code available in participating restaurants and submit their details as instructed.

3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or automated entries will not be accepted.

3.5 No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

3.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons.

3.7 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Prize

4.1 There will be one (1) winner.

4.2 The prize consists of a trip to Sicily, Italy for the winner and one (1) guest, including:

• Return economy flights (including taxes and surcharges)

• Accommodation in a 4-star hotel (double occupancy, bed and breakfast basis)

• Private airport transfers

• £200 Spending money

• Allowance to cover local tourism taxes

4.3 Checked baggage is not included unless otherwise stated.

4.4 The departure airport will be selected based on availability and will be the nearest suitable international airport offering direct flights to Palermo, which may not be the geographically closest airport.

4.5 Travel is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s Day weekend, and UK and Italian school holiday periods, including Christmas, Easter, summer holidays, and half terms.

4.6 The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of the Promoter’s initial contact with the winner.

4.7 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4.8 The prize will be fulfilled by Nick Deyong Limited (the “Prize Fulfilment Partner”), acting on behalf of the Promoter, with registered address at Regina House, 124 Finchley Road, London, NW3 5JS.

4.9 The prize is valid for the winner and one (1) guest both of whom must be aged 21 or over.

5. Travel Conditions

5.1 The winner and their guest must travel together and be aged 21 or over.

5.2 It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure they hold valid passports, visas (if required), and any other necessary travel documentation. Any associated costs are not included in the prize.

5.3 The winner is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable travel requirements. For official guidance, entrants should consult UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advice at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

5.4 Travel insurance is included and subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered.

5.5 The Promoter and Prize Fulfilment Partner accept no responsibility for travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes outside their control.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

6.3 The winner will be notified via email using the details provided at entry.

6.4 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.

6.5 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.6 Following the closure of the competition, The Big Table Group shall securely share with Nick Deyong Limited, the name, email address and contact number of the winner. From this point, Nick Deyong Limited shall liaise fully and directly with the winner in the provision of the Prize and your personal information will be processed in accordance with Nick Deyong Limited’s Privacy Policy as set out under Clause 8.4.

7. Publicity

7.1 The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity related to the promotion.

7.2 Participation in publicity is optional and will be subject to the winner’s consent.

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

8.2 Personal data will be used for the administration of this promotion and, where consent has been provided, for marketing purposes.

9. Liability

9.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9.3 The Promoter shall have no liability in relation to the provision or fulfilment of the prize.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.3 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
