1. The Promoter:
   The Promoter is: The Big Table Group Limited (12631102) trading as Bella Italia with registered address at Lower Ground Floor, Elsley House, 24/30 Great Titchfield Street, London, England, W1W 8BF.

2. The competition
   2.1 The title of the competition is Pasta Pass Competition. Sign up and enter to win £1,000 Pasta Pass Gift Card (the “Prize”) subject to these terms and conditions. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. How to enter
   3.1 The competition will run from 1 October to 18 October 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind

4. Eligibility
   4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Big Table Group or its holding or subsidiary companies, or members of their immediate families or households.

4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) incomplete.
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

5. The prize
   5.1 The Prize is a £1,000 Pasta Pass gift card which shall be provided by the Promoter. The details and terms applicable to the gift card are as follows:
   The winner will be sent a £1,000 Pasta Pass gift card by e-mail to the nominated email address within 14 days of winner notification; Winners should check their junk folder; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available. Cards are valid for 18 months from the day of purchase. The gift card can be used towards food and drink at any Bella Italia restaurant. Card value can be used for full or part balance at any Bella Italia restaurants. Any lost cards will only be replaced if they have been registered at https://shop.bellaitalia.co.uk/register. Gift Cards are non-refundable and any purchase is final. Alcohol sales are only valid in accordance with the terms of our licence. This gift card is not proof of age and a valid ID may be required. Management reserves the right to refuse. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Booking is not required but recommended.

5.2 There is no cash alternative for the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

6. Winners
   6.1 The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by email. In order to claim the prize you must respond within 48 hours of being chosen. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the announcement date[HL1.1][HL1.2], using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.

6.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available basic information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of major prize winners on the 19 October.

6.3 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the prize
   7.1 If you are the winner of the Prize, you will have 48 hours from the Announcement Date to respond to notification by email and claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

8. Limitation of liability
   Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
   You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes.

10. Data protection and publicity
    10.1 By entering, winners agree that Bella Italia may use their name and location in publicity (including online and in print). We will only process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://bigtablegroup.com/privacy-policy. See also conditions with regard to the announcement of winners.

11. General
    11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

11.2 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
